So, I was reading what people were tweeting about on twitter today and I saw a guy who was in the youth group I was a part of and he tweeted tweets that was pretty much cuss words in a big chunk of them. I honestly felt bad by the fact he was doing that; but he claimed that Jesus was his Lord and Savior.
I say that to say this; you are either a Christian or not a Christian. I want you to Check This Out:
-> 78% of Americans claim to be Christians
-> 17% of Christians actually practice Christianity daily
Does this mean that the 17% are Super-Christians??? NO, this means that there are 61% of Americans who call themselves Christians who are either not in church or not truly Christians.
A lot of people call themselves Christians; but they don't live like Christians are called to live. So ultimately, these people are Fake Christians or Practical Atheist.
People don't see this as a problem; but it is. These people have the mindset that they are going to spend eternity with Jesus because they go to church, they pray, they tithe every once in a while, they lift their hands in worship; whatever it is, doing good things or being in some sort of a religious routine won't cut it!!! It's confessing that Jesus Christ is Lord and by having Faith in Jesus ALONE that makes you a follower of Christ. When people come to Christ, you can notice life change and I don't see life change in a lot of people who call themselves Christians.
In Isaiah 29:13 (NLT), God says this to Isaiah:
" These people say they are mine. They honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me. And their worship of me is nothing but man-made rules learned by rote (routine)."
God knows the heart of everyone in this world, including yours. Where do you stand??? Do you stand with Jesus??? Or do you stand without Jesus??? These are the only options you got; there is no middle ground or no riding the fence on this. You either are a Christian or you're NOT a Christian!!!
The reason why I can't stand fake Christians is because of the perception people make about Christianity based off of how Fake Christians live and say it. It makes sharing the Gospel with people even more difficult; but as a minister of the Gospel, man it's a challenge that I am glad to accept!!!!!
All I'm trying to say is that if you aren't a TRUE CHRISTIAN, I encourage you to STOP telling people that you are. If you are unsure then you're not a Christian. Now, you can become a follower of Christ for real right now!!! All you have to do is Confess that Jesus is Lord and make Him the Lord of your life (Romans 10:9)!!!
God Bless!!!

Student Ministry Kick-Off @ Journey Church
What's up people!!! I wanted y'all to know about what's going on in my world and one thing that I am passionate about is Jesus Christ and serving Him as a Student Minister and a Worship Leader at Journey Church in Pendergrass, Ga. It's AMAZING!!!!!! This past Wednesday, we started our Student Ministry and our gatherings for teenagers from 6th-12th Grade. I've been waiting for this moment since I was 14 years old, when I accepted the call to ministry. I wanted to let you know about this awesome experience I went thru. Check It Out!!!
We ate some pizza and we had around 8 total people, which was better than I was expecting, which proves to me that God's plans are far better than my plans will ever be!!! After I got a speeding ticket while on my way to pick up pizzas and when I finally got there, driving like grandma to get there, we hung out and talked for a good 30 minutes about everything. It was amazing to see teens connecting and they haven't known each other very long.
We got into our lesson about "Why We Do Student Ministry???" Why do I take time and prepare a lesson each week and come together to learn about Jesus??? The one thing that I wanted the Students to know is that the reason I do this is because I have a passion for teenagers and that the reason I do what I do is because I love them and I'm sick of seeing teenagers fall into the temptations and daily routines and things that this world offers. I want them to know the truth and not have to learn things the hard way; I mean if God wants it to happen, it's gonna happen (JUST SAYING!!!).
But the thing that amazed me was the fact that the Students engaged in the discussion and put in their inputs and what they saw from the passage we discussed (IT WAS AWESOME!!!). I mean these Students took what we talked about and applied it to their lives. Had a girl message me on facebook and tell me how she has been sharing the Gospel with her friend from Texas and her brother, his girlfriend and daughter, who live in Louisiana about Jesus. She told me that she doesn't get the responses that she wants; but how she still continues to share Jesus with these people and it never ceases to amaze me how God can work thru people that seem the least unexpected.
That's Student Ministry right there!!! Teenagers aren't viewed as important in churches across America and especially by a lot, not all, of the churches in the community I serve in. Let me say this and I'm done:
TEENAGERS ARE JUST AS IMPORTANT AS THE ADULTS IN THE CHURCH AND THE KIDS IN THE CHURCH AND EVEN THE DEAD PEOPLE IN THE GRAVEYARDS BEHIND YOUR CHURCH!!!!!!!!!! NO ONE IS ABOVE THE OTHER; WE ARE ALL ON THE SAME LEVEL!!!
I strongly believe that churches don't care as much as the older generation as the next generation; and that's a problem!!! That's all I'm saying. PEOPLE ARE IMPORTANT!!! NO MATTER HOW OLD THEY ARE OR WHAT BACKGROUND, ETHNICITY, RELIGIOUS BACKGROUND; WHATEVER IT IS.

Chew on that and think about what you're doing to reach PEOPLE with the Gospel.
God Bless Y'all and Peace Out!!!

Somethings That Just Get To Me
Somethings That Just Get To Me:
- People who care more about a Bible translation...
- People who care more about a style of worship...
- People who care more about a dress code...
- People who care more about the first pitch, kick-off, tip-off, green flag, etc...
THAN JESUS CHRIST!!!
I've just been so annoyed by some of this crap. I grew up in an Independent Fundamental, very Legalistic, Baptist Church for most of my life...no they aren't Legalistic anymore...but this stuff seemed to matter more than the actual preaching of God's Word and reaching people for Christ.
BUT CHECK THIS OUT!!!:
WHO GIVES A DIDILY CRAP ABOUT ANY OF THAT STUFF ABOVE???
Can I just say that it doesn't matter about a Bible translation, a style of worship, whether or not a person will come to church wearing a dress shirt or a t-shirt...a skirt or jeans. It doesn't matter about what's going on after church sports wise...you can just record it.
What matters is whether or not people are going to Heaven or Hell and whether or not people are getting fed Spiritually or not. However you want to do that, do it but don't make people have to agree with your preferences and crap like that.
Just needed to get that out there!!!
Love Yall...God Bless!!!

Is Homosexuality Acceptable In The Church???
So as of an interview yesterday, May 9th 2012, President of the United States of America Barack Obama stated that he believes that Gay Marriage should be allowed. Now I'm not hitting at politics at all but when that news came out, a local news station in my home town of Atlanta decided to ask a few pastors in and around the area of Atlanta, specifically in Stone Mountain and Norcross, about the issue of Gay Marriage. One of those pastors stated that he believed that it was acceptable and the other one said that he was against it. So what is your stance on the issue??? Are you for it or against it??? I'll tell you what my stance is; but I want to point this out. IN NO WAY AM I BEING HATEFUL OR DISCRIMINATORY IN MY ANSWER!!!
I am against homosexuality; but I would never go around and utterly judge or condemn someone for being a homosexual because I have no position to tell someone that and I believe that whoever we talk to, we should do it out of love because the Bible commands us to love our neighbors and love our enemies, even if they get annoying or they're just a bad person. Now I have Biblical evidence to prove my stance. Let's look shall we???
1 Corinthians 6:9-11 NLT:
"9 Don't you realize that those who do wrong will not inherit the Kingdom of God? Don't fool yourselves. Those who indulge in sexual sin, or who worship idols, or commit adultery, or are male prostitutes, or practice homosexuality, 10 or are thieves, or greedy people, or drunkards, or are abusive, or cheat people --none of these will inherit the Kingdom of God. 11 Some of you were once like that. But you were cleansed; you were made holy; you were made right with God by calling on the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God."
Now in verse 9, doesn't the Bible say that "...nor people who practice homosexuality...none of these will inherit the Kingdom of God"??? Yes it does. It also talks about other sins and groups of people in verses 9-10.
So yes, there Paul writing, under the divine power of God, states that homosexuality, along with other sins like sexual sins, people who worship idols, adulterers, male prostitutes, thieves, alcoholics or drunks, greedy people, people who are abusive and cheat people, will not inherit the Kingdom of God because of their sinful decisions and actions. That's what the Bible says. So to answer the question...is homosexuality acceptable in the Church??? The answer is NO...not YES; NO. And may I just say that any pastor or preacher, minister, reverend, bishop or whatever it is that you call your clergy, that say that homosexuality, bisexuality or anything of the such are okay, they may want to check these verses above out and they might want to study up on them, especially if that pastor or preacher is a homosexual themselves.
But if that or any of these things that have been listed here are something that is a part of your life and you wanna get your life right right now, read verse 11...we've all been there, not specifically homosexuality for me, but some of these sins listed and I've been saved since April 13th of 2008 and when I prayed and gave my life to Christ, He cleansed me from all unrighteousness and saved my lost desperate depraved soul. And guess what...He can do that for you too!!! If you're battling anything like these things or something else, you can get that right tonight. Pray and ask God to save you and forgive you of your sins and give your life to Him in complete surrender...all prayer is is a conversation between you and God like if you had a conversation with your Mom or Dad. I pray you get your heart right right now...don't waste anymore time because you ain't got a lot of time left because time's running out...don't hesitate to wait.
Love yall and God Bless

This Is Real
Personally, I've had this one burden on my heart lately...people are not saved and they don't want to be and since they don't want to be saved, they dis the Church and the followers of Christ. I want to take a few moments and share with you 3 statements people have made to me concerning this topic of discussion and then discuss it a little bit.
1) "Well Jesus and Christianity is a joke."
2) "All Christians are hypocrites; they don't ever practice what they preach."
3) "God doesn't exist and there's no evidence of His existence and that He created anything."
And there are many more that I could list but I won't; but these 3 statements that people in the community I live in and the school I go to have told me to my face. Let me share with you what's going on in my mind when I hear these statements.
I wanted to tell these individuals that they've lost their freckin minds. And how dare they say that the Savior of the World is a joke. I wanted to tell them that; but I didn't because I knew that I had a job to do.
Let me tell you something, THIS LIFE IS NOT A JOKE!!! Once you die, you don't get a second chance to correct the mistakes you made in your life. You get one shot at this. And you know I wonder about if the person who made the 1st statement would still think that Jesus is a joke when he stands in front of the Judgement Seat of Christ one day after he dies or after Jesus comes back and Jesus tells them to depart from Him because He doesn't know Him as Lord and Savior. Can't say I didn't warn him before hand. There is no excuse for any of us to not share the Gospel with people. We are commanded by Jesus Christ to share the Gospel with others and make disciples of every nation in the Great Commission (Matthew 28). So we have no excuse for not sharing the Gospel; but people have no excuse for not knowing Jesus. Now I know what you're thinking and I'll explain it.
The question that now comes up is "what about the people in the Amazon or in Africa or on the Pacific Islands who have never heard the Gospel???" The Bible talks about how God reveals Himself in his creation. So God reveals Himself in nature, animals, humans, universe, etc. So they have no excuse for not knowing who God is; but it's also our responsibility to go and share the Gospel with people who have never heard it before or are just flat out rejecting it. Now for those of you who believe in the Big Bang or Darwinian Evolution, you wouldn't agree with the fact that God reveals himself in his creation because God didn't create the universe and everything around us is evolving. Well let me just encourage you to look at my last post on this blog about Laminin. God revealed Himself and His plan for us in the shape of Laminin. If you believe that God didn't create the universe, then you show me sufficient evidence that proves that I'm wrong. If you believe in the Big Bang Theory, and I'm not talking about the show, then in order for that to have occurred, there would have had to been an intelligent designer of the subatomic particles that supposedly created the Big Bang. I have an example; check this out.
The Earth is tilted at 23.44 degrees toward the sun. It's proven scientifically that if the Earth shifted just the slightest bit away from the sun that we would freeze to death; and that if the Earth was shifted just by the slightest bit toward the sun that we would burn up. There's no way that some Big Bang could have made that happen.
Lastly, not everyone who calls themselves a Christian is one. There are some hypocrites in the congregation. Let me tell you this as an encouragement, not a criticism; "don't judge a person by other's actions." Don't put a label on an entire group of people just because one person isn't living right. I mean people call the true believers in Christ "religious" when the fact of the matter is that the actual hypocrites of the Church are the religious one's. Christianity is not a religion, it's a one-on-one relationship between you and God made possible by the Blood of Jesus Christ.
Jesus is not a joke. The Church is not a joke. God is real. True Christians aren't hypocrites; we're outcasts and standouts in the sea of unbelievers. I'm praying that God would rise up some people my age and older and younger to stand up and say "I'm Not Ashamed of Jesus Christ and I'm Not Ashamed of The Gospel." I hope I won't stand alone on this.
God Bless!!!

Laminin
What's up it's Bubba Fain. Hey check this out. I'm about to go all scientific on you for a second (which is not my subject at all) but this is cool.
Does anybody have an idea of what Laminin is???
Trust me, I didn't know either, until I watched this YouTube clip of Louie Giglio, Pastor of Passion City Church in Atlanta, Ga and founder of the Passion Conference. This video clip was about evidence that supports the notion, and the realization and truth, that God exists. I know some of you may believe in the big-bang theory or evolution or some other scientifical thing and that's cool and all but check this out.
Laminin is a protein molecule, or a cell adhesion molecule, that tells a certain cell what it's job is in the human body. It's known as the "glue" of the human body. Laminin is basically holding your membranes and all in all, your body together by this molecule.
Now, here's a scientific diagram of Laminin.
He made the things we can see
and the things we can’t see—
such as thrones, kingdoms, rulers, and authorities in the unseen world.

Now, here's a scientific diagram of Laminin.
Now here's a real life, electron-microscopic picture of Laminin.
The Bible says in Colossians 1:16-17 (NLT) says this:
16 for through him God created everything
in the heavenly realms and on earth. He made the things we can see
and the things we can’t see—
such as thrones, kingdoms, rulers, and authorities in the unseen world.
Everything was created through him and for him.17 He existed before anything else,
How awesome is that??? Jesus Christ existed before anything else. He is the one who created you in your mother's womb using your mother and father's DNA. He is the one who created the Universe. What a coincidence that the protein molecule that holds all your membranes together and tells them what to do is in the symbol of what connects us with God...the cross.
Here's a statement that I just thought of that may possibly help but it may not.
"The only thing that can keep us from Eternal Separation and Eternal Damnation from God is the cross, the Laminin of our Spiritual Lives."
Let me explain it:
See if there was no cross, then there would be no salvation. If there was no salvation, then we would all be doomed.
Just like in the human body...if we don't have Laminin, the cells would have no function. If the cells had no function, the cells would die. And if the cells would die, they wouldn't reproduce. If the cells don't reproduce, then the body and all of our organs wouldn't stay intact. And if the body and all of our organs don't stay intact, then there would be no life.
Think about it. You can't live without Laminin and you can't live without Christ.
God Bless!!!
